Anyone can be a victim of violence. Violence is a crime of hate and power NOT an act of passion. It can happen to anyone, anywhere, anytime.

It is not your fault

You are not alone

You are not to blame

Call the hot line

We can work together!

Hello,

I was wondering if I could get any help in here. I don't think I'm in danger and probably lots of women have more issues than I do but I needed to talk about my problems. I have some issues with my boyfriend, he never were physically abusif to me but I think he is mentally... Since 3 months, I am having panic attacks like I think I need to go to the hospital because I am hot, my heart is beating very fast. I don't know who to talk to because my friends and family can not hear about this, I don't want them to be scared for me

Hey there! I really do think you should talk about this to your family and friends. it is important to get in touch with people about this but it is a first good step for you to comment a website about this. I had 4 years ago an abusif ex boyfriend too and I got out thanks to my family. hope it will get better
